- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of pricing due to potential fluctuations in the Saudi Arabia Jeddah labor market and exchange rates.
- All costs are quoted in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Where USD equivalents are referenced, the conversion rate shall be fixed at 3.75 SAR per 1 USD at the time of contract execution.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement; the remaining 50% shall be paid in equal monthly installments on or before the 5th business day of each month.
- The Computer Engineer shall be subject to the Saudi Labor Law (Royal Decree No. M/51) and all applicable regulations enforced by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- ARTS shall be responsible for all visa processing, Iqama issuance, and regulatory compliance. The client shall provide necessary supporting documentation within five (5) business days of request.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, pro-rata charges for unused services will be settled within fifteen (15) days.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- All intellectual property developed by the Computer Engineer during the course of employment shall remain the exclusive property of the client, as stipulated in the employment contract.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
