As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: an initial mobilization payment of 25% (SAR 287,500) due upon contract execution; monthly progress payments of 6.25% (SAR 71,875) for the recurring Computer Engineer services; and a final settlement of 25% (SAR 287,500) upon successful completion and handover of all project deliverables. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Al-Riyadh Technology Solutions Co. Ltd. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.

Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All rates are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to the 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia. The Computer Engineer's services are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh.

This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
The Computer Engineer shall maintain valid professional licensure, Iqama (residence permit), and work authorization throughout the engagement period in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
All intellectual property, designs, and documentation produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
The Computer Engineer shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia Riyadh, including those issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Confidentiality: All proprietary information, system credentials, and client data accessed by the Computer Engineer shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or pandemics.
