This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechSolutions Afrique SARL to provide comprehensive Computer Engineer professional services to the Client, to be executed within the greater Senegal Dakar metropolitan area. - 30% Advance Payment (11,257,200 XOF) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to mobilization of the Computer Engineer team in Dakar.
- 40% Milestone Payment (15,009,600 XOF) due upon completion of network infrastructure deployment and software application delivery in Senegal Dakar.
- 30% Final Payment (11,257,200 XOF) due upon successful completion of the 30-day post-deployment warranty period and final acceptance sign-off by the Client.
- Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the provider's account at Ecobank Senegal, Dakar branch, or in USD via international wire transfer. All transactions are subject to Senegalese banking regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Computer Engineer services and hardware components may be revised to reflect market conditions in Senegal Dakar.
- The Computer Engineer assigned to this project shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all Client data, systems, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in Dakar, Senegal.
- All deliverables shall conform to the technical specifications outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW-2025-SEN-DKR-0042-A), which forms an integral part of this Quotation Estimate.
- The provider warrants that all Computer Engineer services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, in compliance with applicable Senegalese labor laws and IT industry standards.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order, signed by both parties, before additional work commences in Senegal Dakar.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Dakar, Senegal.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.
