3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Computer Engineer service rates and associated costs outlined herein may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment for the Computer Engineer services shall be made within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. A 20% advance payment is required to commence the Computer Engineer engagement. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly installments aligned with the delivery milestones specified in this Quotation Estimate.
3.3 Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers the Computer Engineer services as explicitly enumerated in Section 2. Any additional work, scope changes, or emergency interventions requested by the client beyond the defined scope shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement prior to execution.
