The total estimated duration for completion of all Computer Engineer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is six (6) calendar weeks from the date of contract signature. The project will be executed in South Africa Cape Town at the client's premises, with on-site work conducted Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided within five (5) business days of contract finalisation.
- 30% deposit (R 126,615.00) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
- 40% progress payment (R 168,820.00) due upon completion of installation and commissioning (Item 03 and 04).
- 30% final payment (R 126,615.00) due upon successful handover, sign-off, and delivery of all documentation.
- All payments to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the company bank account. Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of issue.
- Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as per the National Credit Act of South Africa.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in hardware and component costs within South Africa.
- All Computer Engineer services are performed by qualified and ECSA-registered professionals. The client may request proof of qualifications and professional registration at any time.
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to all work areas, adequate power supply, and any necessary municipal permits required for the installation work in Cape Town.
- A twelve (12) month warranty is included on all labour and workmanship. Hardware warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers' terms and conditions.
- Intellectual property rights in all custom software, designs, and documentation created under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
- The Computer Engineer team shall comply with all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) requirements and the client's site safety regulations throughout the project duration.
