This Quotation Estimate is issued by a certified Computer Engineer operating within the jurisdiction of Spain Madrid, providing comprehensive technical consulting, system design, and infrastructure development services. The Computer Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and is registered with the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación de Madrid. Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% advance payment (EUR 19,892.40) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of work.
- 40% milestone payment (EUR 26,523.20) due upon completion of the network deployment and cybersecurity implementation (Items 03 and 04).
- 30% final payment (EUR 19,892.40) due upon delivery of the final documentation and completion of all training sessions.
- The 12-month maintenance retainer (Item 07) shall be invoiced quarterly in advance, with each quarterly invoice amounting to EUR 4,500.00 plus applicable VAT.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of the Computer Engineer as detailed in the attached banking information. Invoices shall be issued in accordance with the Spanish tax regulations (Ordenanza Fiscal de la Comunidad de Madrid).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Computer Engineer reserves the right to revise the pricing due to market fluctuations in hardware and software costs in Spain Madrid.
- All services shall be performed by the named Computer Engineer or, with prior written consent of the client, by qualified associates under the direct supervision of the Computer Engineer.
- The Computer Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000, as required for engineering services in Spain.
- Intellectual property rights for all custom software developed under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Computer Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing via a formal variation order. The Computer Engineer shall issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate for any additional work requested by the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
- The Computer Engineer shall comply with all data protection obligations under the GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) when handling any client data during the execution of this contract.
