The Computer Engineer assigned to this project holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure. The engineer is certified in Cisco CCNP, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, and CompTIA Security+. All work will be conducted in accordance with Sri Lankan Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) guidelines and applicable standards set by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI).
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in hardware costs and foreign exchange rates applicable in Sri Lanka Colombo.
4.2 Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of installation and integration phases, and 20% upon successful handover and commencement of the support period.
4.3 All work will be performed at the client's designated premises in Colombo, Sri Lanka, during standard business hours (08:30 AM to 05:30 PM, Monday to Friday). After-hours or weekend work, if required, will be billed at 1.5 times the standard daily rate.
4.4 The Computer Engineer and Colombo Tech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be liable for damages arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or internet service provider outages beyond our control.
4.5 All intellectual property, documentation, and system credentials developed or configured under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
4.6 Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences. Revised costs will be reflected in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
4.7 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Computer Engineer services to be delivered in Sri Lanka Colombo. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
