This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by NileTech Engineering Solutions Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized financial breakdown for the engagement of a senior Computer Engineer to deliver critical infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance services within the Sudan Khartoum metropolitan area. This document serves as the official pricing reference for the proposed scope of work and is intended to support the client's internal procurement and budgeting processes in accordance with the Sudanese government's public tendering regulations.
The Computer Engineer assigned to this project will operate out of the client's premises in Sudan Khartoum and will be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Network Infrastructure Design: Full architectural design of a redundant fiber-optic and copper network spanning three government buildings in central Sudan Khartoum, including load-balancing, failover routing, and bandwidth provisioning for an estimated 1,200 concurrent users.
- Server Room Commissioning: Design, installation, and commissioning of a Tier III data center server room with precision cooling (CRAC units), UPS battery backup rated at 40 kVA, and biometric access control systems.
- Enterprise Software Deployment: Configuration and deployment of a virtualized server environment (VMware vSphere 8) hosting the Ministry's internal ERP, document management, and secure email systems.
- Cybersecurity Implementation: Installation and tuning of next-generation firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint protection, and a Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring dashboard tailored to the threat landscape relevant to Sudan Khartoum government operations.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require re-confirmation of pricing, as market conditions in Sudan Khartoum for hardware and professional services may fluctuate.
4.2 All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Computer Engineer's professional fees are subject to the prevailing Sudanese income tax regulations as administered by the National Revenue Authority in Sudan Khartoum.
4.3 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of NileTech Engineering Solutions Ltd., Bank of Khartoum, Branch: Al-Shati, Sudan Khartoum. No work shall commence until the 30% advance payment has been received and cleared.
4.4 The project timeline is estimated at fourteen (14) weeks from the date of contract signing, subject to timely availability of hardware shipments to Sudan Khartoum and client-side access to the three designated buildings.
4.5 Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. The Computer Engineer will provide a revised Quotation Estimate for any such changes within five (5) business days of the request.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement, incorporating all terms herein, must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
