3. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Computer Engineer may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Switzerland Zurich.
3.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly installments aligned with the service delivery schedule. All payments are to be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.

3.5 Liability & Insurance: Helvetia Tech Solutions AG maintains professional indemnity insurance in accordance with Swiss commercial law. The Computer Engineer's work is performed to the best professional standard, and liability is limited to the total value of this Quotation Estimate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland Zurich.
3.7 Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of early cancellation by the client, all hours already worked by the Computer Engineer up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
