4.1 Payment shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the account of TechSolutions Tanzania Ltd. at CRDB Bank, Dar es Salaam Branch, Account No. 0045-1234-5678.
4.2 The payment schedule for this Quotation Estimate is structured as follows:
• 30% advance payment upon contract signing and mobilisation of the Computer Engineer to Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
• 40% upon successful completion of the network modernisation and server migration milestones.
• 20% upon delivery of the cybersecurity hardening and staff training components.
• 10% upon final acceptance, handover of documentation, and commencement of the 12-month support period.
4.3 Invoices shall be submitted within five (5) working days of milestone completion. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt, in accordance with Tanzanian public sector payment regulations.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
5.2 The Computer Engineer shall be subject to a background check and security clearance as required by the Ministry and the National Intelligence Services of Tanzania prior to commencing work.
5.3 All work shall be performed in compliance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, including but not limited to the Electronic and Postal Communications Act (No. 5 of 2010), the Data Protection Act (No. 6 of 2022), and the Public Procurement Act (No. 20 of 2011).
5.4 The Computer Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of TZS 500,000,000 throughout the engagement period.
5.5 Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal variation order signed by both parties. No additional costs shall be incurred without prior written approval.
5.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Cap. 20, R.L. 2002) of Tanzania.
5.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
