The Computer Engineer assigned to this project will operate under the direct supervision of the client's IT Director and will be physically based at the client's primary office in Sathorn, Thailand Bangkok, with the flexibility to travel to secondary locations within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area as project demands require.

The Computer Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables:

• System Architecture Design: Design and document a scalable computer network architecture for the client's Thailand Bangkok headquarters, including server room layout, cabling infrastructure, and redundant power systems compliant with Thai Electrical Institute (TEI) standards.
• Software Development and Integration: Develop, test, and deploy a custom enterprise resource planning (ERP) module integrated with the client's existing SAP environment, ensuring full compatibility with Thailand's Royal Thai Revenue Department e-Tax filing requirements.
• Network Security Implementation: Configure and harden all network security appliances, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection solutions across all Thailand Bangkok office locations in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand.
• Hardware Procurement and Installation: Source, procure, install, and configure 120 workstations, 15 server units, 8 network switches, and associated peripherals for the Thailand Bangkok office expansion.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct comprehensive system testing, load testing, penetration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to production deployment.

• Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order, with revised costs to be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation.
• Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies of TechBridge Solutions Co., Ltd. shall remain the property of the service provider.
