The Computer Engineer will be deployed on-site at the client's premises in the Levent business district of Turkey Istanbul for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 1 September 2025.

The Computer Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in enterprise-level system architecture, network engineering, embedded systems design, and full-stack software development. The role encompasses the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of the client's IT infrastructure, including server environments, cloud migration strategies, cybersecurity protocols, and custom application development tailored to the operational needs of the Turkey Istanbul market.

All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in strict compliance with the Turkish Information Security Law (Law No. 5651), the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK - Law No. 6698), and applicable European Union directives as they pertain to operations within Turkey Istanbul.

* All amounts are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY). Equivalent in EUR at the time of this Quotation Estimate: approximately €128,400.00. Final EUR conversion shall be based on the Central Bank of Turkey (TCMB) reference rate on the date of invoice issuance.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Turkey Istanbul.
• Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (month 6), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance in Turkey Istanbul.
• All invoices shall be issued in accordance with Turkish commercial law and the e-invoicing (e-Fatura) system mandated by the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB).
• The Computer Engineer shall work a standard 40-hour week (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00) at the client's designated office in Turkey Istanbul. Overtime beyond 45 hours per week shall be billed at 1.5× the hourly rate.
• Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, tools, and pre-existing frameworks remain the property of Technova Engineering Solutions Ltd.
• Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer and all Technova personnel shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary information encountered during the project in Turkey Istanbul.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Turkey Istanbul.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Institute (ISTAC).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and converted into a definitive service agreement.
