- Design, installation, and configuration of a 200-node enterprise network infrastructure across the Uganda Kampala administrative offices.
- Deployment of a secure server room with redundant power systems, climate control, and fire suppression tailored to Uganda Kampala environmental conditions.
- Development and implementation of a custom database management system for municipal records, to be hosted on-premise in Uganda Kampala.
- Provision of a dedicated Computer Engineer team of four (4) professionals for a period of twelve (12) months to provide ongoing IT support, system maintenance, and technical consultancy in Uganda Kampala.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following instalments, all payable to Technova Engineering Solutions Ltd. via bank transfer to the Uganda Kampala branch of Stanbic Bank (Account No. 0045-7891-2345):
- 30% Advance Payment: UGX 200,187,000 – due upon signing of the contract and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% Progress Payment: UGX 266,916,000 – due upon completion of Phase 2 (hardware installation) in Uganda Kampala.
- 20% Completion Payment: UGX 133,458,000 – due upon successful completion of Phase 3 and system go-live.
- 10% Retention: UGX 66,729,000 – due upon final acceptance after the 30-day defect liability period.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing, particularly for hardware components sourced for the Uganda Kampala market, may be subject to revision.
- The Computer Engineer team assigned to this project shall be based in Uganda Kampala for the entire duration of the engagement and shall comply with all local labour regulations of the Republic of Uganda.
- All work shall be performed in accordance with the Uganda National Standards (UNBS) and the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Act of Uganda.
- Technova Engineering Solutions Ltd. shall provide a twelve (12) month warranty on all hardware installed in Uganda Kampala and an eighteen (18) month warranty on all custom software developed under this Quotation Estimate.
- The client reserves the right to request a site visit by the lead Computer Engineer at any time during the project to review progress in Uganda Kampala.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal variation order and additional cost assessment.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Uganda Kampala in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Uganda.
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a firm offer and, upon written acceptance by the client, shall form the basis of a binding contract between the parties.
