- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of pricing and resource availability.
- All services shall be performed by a qualified Computer Engineer holding a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with no fewer than ten (10) years of progressive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure within the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi market.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the design and migration phase, and 30% upon successful handover and acceptance. Invoices shall be settled within twenty-one (21) days of receipt.
- The Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable UAE labour laws, data protection regulations (UAE PDPL), and the specific IT security directives issued by the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order, mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- Confidentiality: All data, system credentials, and proprietary information accessed by the Computer Engineer during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) are executed by both parties in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
- Warranty: All design deliverables and configurations provided by the Computer Engineer carry a warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance.
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Courts or by arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
