- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United Arab Emirates technology sector.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the primary deployment phase, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover. All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the designated account of TechNova Engineering Solutions LLC, Dubai.
- Delivery & Timeline: The Computer Engineer team shall commence work within five (5) business days of receiving the signed purchase order. The full project timeline is estimated at fourteen (14) weeks for the initial deployment and ongoing support phases.
- Warranty: All hardware configurations and software implementations performed by the Computer Engineer team carry a twelve (12) month warranty period from the date of final acceptance, in compliance with UAE commercial regulations.
- Confidentiality: All data, system credentials, and proprietary information accessed by the Computer Engineer during the course of this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or regulatory changes within the United Arab Emirates.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
