3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the validity period, Meridian Technical Solutions Ltd reserves the right to re-evaluate pricing due to potential changes in hardware costs, labour rates, or regulatory requirements within the United Kingdom London market.
- All Computer Engineer personnel assigned to this project hold relevant certifications including BCS (British Computer Society) accreditation, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP, and are fully insured for work conducted within the United Kingdom London area. Professional indemnity insurance of £5,000,000 is maintained throughout the engagement.
