- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Computer Engineer team may be subject to revision.
- All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of travel within the United Kingdom Manchester metropolitan area. Travel beyond a 25-mile radius of Manchester city centre will be charged at £0.65 per mile.
- The Computer Engineer services described herein are subject to the client providing reasonable access to all relevant premises, systems, and documentation within the United Kingdom Manchester site.
- Any additional work or scope changes requested by the client beyond the originally agreed deliverables will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval prior to commencement.
- Apex Digital Solutions Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than £5,000,000 and public liability insurance of no less than £10,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
- All intellectual property, design documents, and configuration files produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment of the agreed fees.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
- The 12-month post-implementation support retainer may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days written notice. No further charges will apply beyond the termination date.
- Apex Digital Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to assign qualified subcontractors to specific tasks, provided that the lead Computer Engineer remains accountable for all deliverables and quality standards.
