This Quotation Estimate is issued by Midwest Technical Solutions LLC to provide comprehensive Computer Engineer professional services for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise-grade IT infrastructure at the client's primary facility located in United States Chicago. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:
- Network Architecture Design: A senior Computer Engineer will develop a complete network topology plan, including redundant fiber-optic backbone, VLAN segmentation, and load-balanced routing for the 120,000 sq. ft. Chicago facility.
- Server Room Build-Out: Full design and physical installation of a Tier III data center room, including rack systems, UPS power arrays, precision cooling units, and structured cabling (Cat 6A and single-mode fiber).
- Security Infrastructure: Implementation of next-generation firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint security management, and biometric access control integrated with the building management system in Chicago.

Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the assigned Computer Engineer team are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit due upon contract execution; 40% due at the midpoint of the project (end of Week 7); 30% due upon final acceptance and delivery of all documentation. All payments are due net 30 days from invoice date.
- All work will be performed in compliance with applicable United States federal regulations, Illinois state building and electrical codes, and the City of Chicago municipal ordinances governing IT infrastructure installations.
- The Computer Engineer team assigned to this project will hold relevant certifications including but not limited to CCIE, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, and CompTIA Security+. All personnel will undergo a background check prior to on-site access in Chicago.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Midwest Technical Solutions LLC shall maintain general liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000 per occurrence and professional liability (E&O) insurance of $1,000,000 throughout the duration of this engagement in the United States Chicago area.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of hardware, software licenses, or third-party equipment. A separate hardware procurement estimate will be provided upon request.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Authorization & Acceptance
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate for Computer Engineer services in United States Chicago has been reviewed, understood, and agreed upon. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding service agreement between the parties.
