The Computer Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide comprehensive technical leadership and hands-on engineering support for the following workstreams:

• Conduct a full audit of the existing hardware, software, and network infrastructure located at the client's primary facility in downtown Los Angeles.
• Design a scalable, redundant server architecture capable of supporting 500+ concurrent users across the United States Los Angeles office network.
• Implement and configure enterprise-grade cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Oversee the migration of legacy applications to a cloud-hybrid environment, ensuring zero-downtime transitions during business hours.
• Provide ongoing technical consultation, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning for a period of twelve (12) months following project completion.
• Deliver comprehensive documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration manuals, and operational runbooks.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made according to the following milestone-based schedule. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

• Milestone 2 (25%): Due upon completion of Architecture Design (Week 3) – $30,605.25

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the designated Computer Engineer are subject to re-evaluation.
2. All work will be performed in compliance with applicable federal, state (California), and local regulations governing IT infrastructure, data privacy (including CCPA), and occupational safety within the United States Los Angeles jurisdiction.
3. The Computer Engineer assigned to this project holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC) and possesses over twelve (12) years of professional experience in enterprise systems design and deployment.
4. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this document will require a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences. Revised pricing will be provided as a supplemental Quotation Estimate.
5. Apex Technical Solutions, Inc. shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of the engagement.
6. Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, methodologies, and proprietary frameworks remain the property of Apex Technical Solutions, Inc.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The definitive Master Services Agreement (MSA) will govern all ongoing operational terms.
8. All on-site work at the Los Angeles facility will be conducted during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Los Angeles area, may result in schedule adjustments. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to minimize project delays.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Apex Technical Solutions, Inc. to proceed with the engagement of the Computer Engineer and associated services as described herein for the project located in United States Los Angeles.
