The Computer Engineer assigned to this project will be dedicated exclusively to the client's operations in Venezuela Caracas for the duration of the engagement and will not be reassigned to other projects without prior written consent from the client.

Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be quoted separately.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences at the Venezuela Caracas facilities.
Warranty: The Computer Engineer provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all hardware installations and a six (6) month warranty on all software deliverables, covering defects in workmanship and design.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Computer Engineer in Venezuela Caracas.
