A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided within five (5) business days of contract execution.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.

• Any changes to scope beyond 10% of the original estimate will require a formal Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
