All hardware shall be sourced from authorized distributors operating within Zimbabwe Harare to ensure warranty compliance.
• Software Deployment & Configuration: Installation, licensing, and configuration of operating systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, cybersecurity suites, and backup solutions across all deployed hardware units.
• Network Security Audit: Conduct a comprehensive penetration test and vulnerability assessment of the existing network infrastructure in Zimbabwe Harare, producing a detailed remediation report with prioritized action items.
• Staff Training Programme: Deliver a five-day on-site training programme for 20 client personnel covering network administration, basic troubleshooting, data security protocols, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Ongoing Technical Support (3 Months): Provide a post-implementation support window of three calendar months, including remote and on-site visits to the Zimbabwe Harare premises, with a guaranteed response time of four (4) business hours for critical incidents.

• The Computer Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
• All work shall be performed in compliance with the Cyber and Data Protection Act of Zimbabwe (Chapter 11:13) and applicable data sovereignty regulations.
• The Computer Engineer shall carry professional indemnity insurance of not less than USD 250,000 for the duration of the engagement in Zimbabwe Harare.
• Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a formal written amendment signed by both parties before additional work commences.
