4. The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, including the Education Law and local ordinances governing educational content in Afghanistan Kabul.
5. All curriculum materials, manuals, and intellectual property produced under this engagement shall become the property of the Ministry of Education, Afghanistan Kabul, upon full payment.
6. The Curriculum Developer shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding student data, institutional records, and internal Ministry documents encountered during the project in Afghanistan Kabul.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to security disruptions, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures in Afghanistan Kabul, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
8. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, followed by mediation under the jurisdiction of the Kabul Commercial Arbitration Center.
