- All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Curriculum Developer's professional expertise, on-site travel within Greater Brisbane, and standard materials. Travel beyond the Brisbane metropolitan area (e.g., Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast) is itemised separately where applicable.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the core development phase (Items 01–04), and 30% upon final delivery and QCAA sign-off. The ongoing advisory retainer (Item 07) is billed monthly in arrears.
- The Curriculum Developer retains full intellectual property rights over all methodologies, templates, and proprietary frameworks developed during the engagement. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use all final curriculum deliverables within their institutional setting.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written variation agreement signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Brisbane prior to any formal legal proceedings.
- The Curriculum Developer is engaged as an independent contractor and is not an employee of the client. All professional indemnity insurance is maintained by Brisbane Education Solutions Pty Ltd at a minimum cover of AUD $10,000,000.
