All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of issue. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Victorian Commercial Tenancy and Consumer Protection legislation.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Australia Melbourne.
5.2 The Curriculum Developer retains full intellectual property rights over all methodologies, templates, and proprietary frameworks used during the engagement. The client receives a perpetual licence to use all deliverables produced specifically for their institution.
