The total estimated duration for the Curriculum Developer engagement is approximately 24 weeks (6 months) from the date of contract signing, followed by a 12-month post-implementation support period. All on-site activities, including stakeholder meetings and teacher training workshops, will be conducted at the client's premises in Bangladesh Dhaka or at our office in Banani, Dhaka, as mutually agreed upon.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes in scope after acceptance will be subject to a revised estimate.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon delivery of core curriculum documents, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all deliverables.
- All intellectual property rights of the developed curriculum shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
- The Curriculum Developer team will include a minimum of 3 senior curriculum specialists, 2 subject-matter experts, and 1 instructional designer, all based in or regularly working in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this quotation will be billed separately at a rate of BDT 3,500 per hour for the Curriculum Developer team.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Bangladesh Dhaka, may result in timeline adjustments without penalty to either party.
- All work will comply with the Bangladesh Education Act, 1993, and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
