Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made according to the following schedule:
- 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement (€34,920.60 incl. VAT).
- 40% upon completion of the Curriculum Framework Design and Content Development phases (€46,560.80 incl. VAT).
- 30% upon final delivery, quality assurance sign-off, and commencement of the post-implementation monitoring period (€34,920.60 incl. VAT).
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of EduBridge Consulting BV, IBAN: BE00 0000 0000 0000, BIC: EDBEBEBB, located in Belgium Brussels. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Belgian fiscal regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Belgium Brussels.
- The Curriculum Developer reserves the right to adjust the project timeline by up to ten (10) working days in the event of force majeure, regulatory changes, or client-requested scope modifications.
- All intellectual property rights in the final curriculum deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
