3.4 — The Curriculum Developer reserves the right to suspend work if payment milestones are not met within fifteen (15) business days of the invoice date. No liability shall accrue to the service provider for delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely access to facilities, personnel, or necessary materials in Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
