Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% advance payment (R$ 63,787.50) upon contract signing and project kickoff.
- 40% milestone payment (R$ 85,050.00) upon delivery of the complete curriculum design package and regulatory documentation.
- 30% final payment (R$ 63,787.50) upon completion of faculty training, final revisions, and formal acceptance by IES-SP's academic council.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of EduCurriculum Brasil Ltda., Banco do Brasil, Ag. 1234-5, Conta Corrente 67890-1, in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. Invoices (Notas Fiscais) shall be issued in accordance with Brazilian tax legislation.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing and availability of the Curriculum Developer professional may be subject to revision.
5.2 The Curriculum Developer shall maintain full confidentiality regarding all institutional data, student records, and proprietary academic materials of IES-SP, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Lei nº 13.709/2018).
5.3 All deliverables produced under this engagement shall be the exclusive intellectual property of IES-SP upon full payment. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent from the client.
5.4 Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall require a formal change order signed by both parties, with corresponding adjustments to cost and timeline.
