All services described herein are to be performed exclusively within China Beijing, in full compliance with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China regulations, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission guidelines, and applicable national standards for educational content. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding financial proposal for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue, after which pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability in the China Beijing region.

The Curriculum Developer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services, all to be delivered on-site or remotely within the China Beijing jurisdiction:

• Needs Analysis & Stakeholder Consultation: Conduct a minimum of six (6) on-site consultation sessions with school administrators, subject teachers, and parents across three (3) partner schools in the Chaoyang and Haidian districts of China Beijing to identify learning objectives, competency gaps, and pedagogical requirements.
• Curriculum Framework Design: Develop a complete K-12 curriculum framework aligned with the Chinese National Curriculum Standards (2022 revision) and the Cambridge International Assessment benchmarks, incorporating bilingual (Mandarin English) instructional pathways.
• Instructional Material Development: Author and produce a minimum of 120 hours of structured lesson plans, 450+ classroom activities, 120 assessment instruments (formative and summative), and 60 digital multimedia resources tailored for the China Beijing educational context.
• Teacher Training & Professional Development: Deliver four (4) full-day workshops (32 contact hours) for a cohort of up to 80 teachers in China Beijing, covering curriculum implementation strategies, differentiated instruction, and assessment literacy.
• Pilot Implementation & Iterative Refinement: Oversee a 12-week pilot programme in two (2) selected schools in China Beijing, collecting quantitative and qualitative feedback to refine all curriculum materials before full-scale rollout.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance Review: Ensure all developed materials pass the internal quality assurance process and receive necessary approvals from the Beijing Municipal Education Commission prior to deployment.

All amounts are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY). This Quotation Estimate does not include any third-party licensing fees for proprietary educational software or content platforms, which shall be billed at cost if required by the client.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Beijing Educational Solutions Co., Ltd. in accordance with the following milestone schedule:

• 30% advance payment (CNY 361,884) upon execution of the Service Agreement and receipt of the signed Quotation Estimate.
• 40% progress payment (CNY 482,512) upon completion and client sign-off of the Curriculum Developer's material authoring phase (Line Item 2).
• 20% milestone payment (CNY 241,256) upon successful completion of the pilot programme and compliance review (Line Items 4 & 5).
• 10% final payment (CNY 120,628) upon full handover of documentation and expiry of the 90-day post-implementation support window.

All invoices are payable within fifteen (15) calendar days of issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at 0.05% per day in accordance with PRC commercial practice.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Thereafter, pricing is subject to re-evaluation.
• The Curriculum Developer shall be a qualified professional holding a minimum of a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction or an equivalent field, with no fewer than eight (8) years of relevant experience in the China Beijing or Greater China educational market.
• All deliverables shall be produced in both Simplified Chinese and English to meet the bilingual requirements of the China Beijing partner institutions.
• The client shall provide reasonable access to school facilities, student data (in compliance with the PRC Personal Information Protection Law), and administrative support throughout the project lifecycle in China Beijing.
• Intellectual property of all curriculum materials developed under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment, subject to a non-exclusive licensing right retained by the Curriculum Developer for portfolio and academic reference purposes.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated school closures in China Beijing, shall extend the project timeline on a day-for-day basis without additional cost.
• Any scope changes beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and a revised cost assessment prior to execution.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms set forth herein for the engagement of the Curriculum Developer in China Beijing. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall form the basis of the definitive Service Agreement.
