5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability of the Curriculum Developer may be subject to revision.
5.2 All intellectual property rights to curriculum materials developed under this engagement shall vest with the Ministry of National Education, DR Congo, upon full payment.
5.3 The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Democratic Republic of Congo, including but not limited to labor, tax, and educational licensing requirements specific to DR Congo Kinshasa.
5.4 Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties before implementation.
5.5 Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo.
5.6 The Curriculum Developer shall maintain professional liability insurance throughout the duration of the project.
