Payment for the Curriculum Developer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four installments, disbursed upon verified completion of each milestone:
- Installment 1 (25% – ETB 1,221,875): Due upon signing of the service agreement and submission of the approved project work plan.
- Installment 2 (35% – ETB 1,710,625): Due upon delivery of the complete curriculum design documents and completion of the teacher training workshop.
- Installment 3 (25% – ETB 1,221,875): Due upon successful completion of the 12-week pilot phase and submission of the evaluation report.
- Installment 4 (15% – ETB 733,125): Due upon conclusion of the 6-month post-implementation support period and final project close-out report.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
5.2 The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, including the Ethiopian Education and Research Proclamation (No. 816/2013) and the Addis Ababa City Administration Education Bureau directives.
5.3 All intellectual property rights in the curriculum materials developed under this engagement shall vest with the client (the Addis Ababa Education Bureau) upon full payment. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and academic publications with prior written consent.
5.4 Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties. No additional costs shall be incurred without prior written approval.
5.5 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
5.6 The Curriculum Developer shall maintain professional liability insurance throughout the duration of the engagement and shall provide proof of coverage upon request.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate for Curriculum Developer services in Ethiopia Addis Ababa has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in full. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding financial proposal and may be converted into a formal service contract upon mutual agreement.
