Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% advance payment (EUR 17,431.20 TTC) due upon signature and acceptance of this quotation, to be paid by bank transfer to the account of Éducation & Pédagogie Consulting SARL, IBAN: FR76 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, BIC: XXXXFRPP.
- 40% milestone payment (EUR 23,241.60 TTC) due upon delivery and client approval of the completed Curriculum Development Report.
- 30% final payment (EUR 17,431.20 TTC) due upon completion of the six-month post-implementation support period.
All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10). Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate (taux d'intérêt légal) in force in France.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the France Paris educational services sector.
- The Curriculum Developer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Curriculum Studies, Educational Design, or a closely related discipline, and shall possess a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in curriculum development within the French national education system or an equivalent international framework.
