3. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, EduBridge Consulting GmbH reserves the right to revise pricing due to market conditions in Germany Frankfurt.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 30% upon completion of the Curriculum Developer's programme design phase, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables.
All invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt via bank transfer to the account of EduBridge Consulting GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX, Frankfurt am Main.
The Curriculum Developer assigned to this project will be a senior professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in higher-education curriculum design, fluent in English and German, and familiar with the regulatory landscape of Germany Frankfurt and the broader Hessian state education system.
Intellectual property: All curriculum materials, documentation, and resources created under this engagement shall become the sole property of Frankfurt International Business Academy upon full payment.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this project, in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
