- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Curriculum Developer team are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of curriculum design phase, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of EdTech Solutions Munich GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX.
- All work shall be performed in compliance with German labor law, the Bavarian state education regulations, and applicable data protection legislation (DSGVO). The Curriculum Developer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all institutional data and student information encountered during the engagement in Germany Munich.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described herein shall require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be quoted separately and are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
- The Curriculum Developer shall dedicate a minimum of 5 days per week to the project during active development phases. On-site work in Munich shall be conducted at the client's premises or at mutually agreed locations within the Munich metropolitan area.
- Intellectual property rights for all curriculum materials, frameworks, and documentation developed under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
