This Quotation Estimate is issued by EduBridge Learning Solutions Ltd. in response to the request for professional Curriculum Developer services to be delivered within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area. Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four (4) milestones as follows:
- Milestone 1 (30%): GHS 191,785.50 – Due upon signing of the service agreement and commencement of the project in Ghana Accra.
- Milestone 2 (30%): GHS 191,785.50 – Due upon completion of the curriculum framework draft and stakeholder consultation phase (Week 8).
- Milestone 3 (25%): GHS 159,821.25 – Due upon delivery of all subject-specific content, assessment instruments, and training materials (Week 14).
- Milestone 4 (15%): GHS 95,892.75 – Due upon final quality assurance sign-off and handover of the complete curriculum package (Week 16).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of rates.
- All Curriculum Developer personnel assigned to this project are fully qualified, insured, and vetted in accordance with Ghanaian labour and professional standards.
- The client agrees to provide timely access to relevant schools, data, and institutional records within Ghana Accra to facilitate the work of the Curriculum Developer team.
- Intellectual property of all developed curriculum materials shall vest in the client upon full payment. EduBridge Learning Solutions Ltd. retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios.
- Any scope changes or additional services beyond the original Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written change order and supplementary quotation.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
- Confidentiality: All data, student records, and internal documents shared during the project shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
