This Quotation Estimate is issued by EduCraft Solutions Pvt. Payment shall be made in the following milestones: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon delivery of the Curriculum Framework and Unit Plans; 20% upon completion of all deliverables and QA sign-off; and 10% upon successful completion of the post-implementation support period. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of EduCraft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, Koramangala Branch, India Bangalore.
4. Terms & Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in India Bangalore.
- The Curriculum Developer assigned to this project will be a senior professional with a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in K-12 curriculum design, holding a Master's degree in Education or a related discipline.
- All intellectual property rights in the final curriculum documents shall vest with the client upon full and final payment. EduCraft Solutions retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with client's written consent.
- Any scope changes or additional deliverables beyond the original agreement will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval.
- The Curriculum Developer will work primarily from the client's premises in India Bangalore during the active development phase, with remote collaboration permitted during the support period.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary academic content, student data, and institutional strategies shared during the engagement.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting operations in India Bangalore.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Curriculum Developer services to be delivered in India Bangalore.
