The proposed Curriculum Developer will work exclusively within the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area, ensuring full alignment with the Indonesian national education standards (Kurikulum Merdeka) while simultaneously integrating internationally recognized pedagogical frameworks such as IB (International Baccalaureate) and Cambridge International curricula.

The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for conducting a thorough needs assessment across all academic departments, designing subject-specific learning outcomes, developing assessment rubrics, creating teacher training materials, and establishing a continuous curriculum review cycle. All deliverables will be produced in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to serve the bilingual student population in Indonesia Jakarta.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.
• The Curriculum Developer assigned to this project shall be a certified professional with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in curriculum design, holding a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemdikbudristek).
• All intellectual property rights to the final curriculum documents, once fully paid, shall be transferred to PT. Cendekia Global Education Group. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
• Any scope changes or additional requests beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate change order and additional cost assessment.
• The project timeline assumes full cooperation and timely feedback from the client's academic team. Delays attributable to the client may result in schedule adjustments without additional cost to the client, but may affect the overall completion date.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this Curriculum Developer engagement in Indonesia Jakarta.
