Payment Structure: Payment for the Curriculum Developer engagement shall be made in four (4) installments as follows:
• 25% ($75,993.75) — Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project kickoff in Iraq Baghdad.
• 30% ($91,192.50) — Due upon completion of the curriculum design and authoring phase (Month 3).
• 30% ($91,192.50) — Due upon completion of teacher training and pilot implementation (Month 5).
• 15% ($45,596.25) — Due upon final delivery of all documentation and project closeout (Month 6).
Payment Method: Wire transfer to the provider's designated bank account in Baghdad, Iraq. All payments are subject to verification of deliverable acceptance by the client's project oversight committee.
1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Curriculum Developer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Iraq Baghdad.
2. All Curriculum Developer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid work permits and comply with all Iraqi labor and immigration regulations applicable in Baghdad.
3. The client (Baghdad Directorate of Education) shall provide necessary office space, access to schools, and logistical support within Iraq Baghdad to facilitate the Curriculum Developer's fieldwork and training activities.
