Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon delivery of the core curriculum framework and lesson plan templates, and the remaining 30% upon final acceptance of the Implementation Handbook and completion of all faculty training sessions at the Japan Kyoto campus. All payments shall be remitted in Japanese Yen via bank transfer to the account designated by Kyoto Educational Consulting Group Co., Ltd.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
The Curriculum Developer shall devote a minimum of 35 hours per week to the Japan Kyoto project and shall maintain a dedicated workspace at the Higashiyama-ku campus facility.
All intellectual property rights to curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessment instruments created by the Curriculum Developer under this engagement shall transfer to Kyoto International Academy of Learning upon full payment.
Any scope changes or additional deliverables requested by the Japan Kyoto institution beyond the original specification will be addressed via a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days.
Confidentiality: The Curriculum Developer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all student data, institutional strategies, and proprietary academic content encountered during the Japan Kyoto engagement.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those affecting operations in the Japan Kyoto region.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with jurisdiction vested in the Kyoto District Court.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, cost, and timeline for the Curriculum Developer engagement at the Japan Kyoto campus. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the binding basis for the formal service agreement.
