- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- The Curriculum Developer engagement is contingent upon a signed Service Agreement between both parties. No work shall commence until a minimum 40% advance payment is received.
- All intellectual property rights to the curriculum materials, frameworks, and assessment tools developed by the Curriculum Developer shall be transferred to the Almaty International Education Consortium upon full and final payment.
