1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by EduCurriculum Kenya Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a professional Curriculum Developer for the design, review, and implementation of academic curricula. This document is specifically tailored for institutions, schools, and educational organizations operating within Kenya Nairobi and its surrounding metropolitan areas. 2. Scope of Curriculum Developer Services

This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for printing, digital platform licensing, or third-party software subscriptions unless explicitly stated. 4. Terms and Conditions

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, EduCurriculum Kenya Ltd. reserves the right to revise pricing due to market conditions, exchange rate fluctuations, or changes in the scope of Curriculum Developer services required in Kenya Nairobi.

4.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the Grand Total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be paid in two equal installments: fifty percent (50%) upon completion of the Curriculum Design & Development phase, and the final twenty percent (20%) upon delivery of the Quality Assurance & Final Report. The monthly advisory fees shall be invoiced on the first business day of each month.

4.3 Intellectual Property: All curriculum documents, instructional materials, and digital resources developed by the Curriculum Developer under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. EduCurriculum Kenya Ltd. retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with the client's written consent.

4.4 Confidentiality: The Curriculum Developer and all team members shall treat all institutional data, learner records, and proprietary information of the client in Kenya Nairobi as strictly confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written authorization.

4.5 Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions for each deliverable. Additional revision cycles requested by the client beyond the agreed scope will be billed at a rate of KES 12,000 per hour for the Curriculum Developer's time.

4.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government policy changes affecting education in Kenya Nairobi, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.

4.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Kenya, with proceedings held in Kenya Nairobi.

5. Acceptance
