As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon acceptance of this quotation and execution of the service agreement. Amount: KWD 33,484.50
- 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon completion of curriculum framework design and delivery of all subject-specific materials. Amount: KWD 44,646.00
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon completion of all training sessions and handover of final bilingual documentation. Amount: KWD 33,484.50
All payments shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account designated by Al-Nahda Educational Consulting LLC. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest charge of 2% as per Kuwaiti commercial regulations.
The Curriculum Developer team estimates a total project duration of approximately twenty-six (26) weeks from the date of contract commencement in Kuwait, Kuwait City. A detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress reporting schedule will be provided within the first week of engagement. All deliverables will be subject to a formal acceptance process by the client's designated project manager.
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability of the Curriculum Developer team are subject to revision.
6.2 All intellectual property rights to the developed curriculum materials shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
6.3 The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait, including but not limited to the Ministry of Education guidelines, labor laws, and data protection regulations in force in Kuwait City.
6.4 Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
6.5 The Curriculum Developer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of KWD 500,000 throughout the project duration.
6.6 Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait City in accordance with the Kuwaiti Arbitration Law.
