This Quotation Estimate is issued by EduStrategy Consultants Sdn. Bhd. to Taman Ilmu Academy Sdn. Bhd. for the professional services of a dedicated Curriculum Developer based in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The Curriculum Developer will be engaged to design, develop, review, and implement comprehensive learning curricula aligned with the Malaysian Education Blueprint 2013–2025 (Dokumen Pelan Pembangunan Pendidikan Malaysia) and the standards set by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).

The Curriculum Developer will operate from our office in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur and will conduct on-site consultations at the client's premises in the Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area. All deliverables will be produced in both Bahasa Malaysia and English to ensure full compliance with national educational policies and to serve the diverse student population in the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur region.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 30% upon completion of Core Curriculum Design (Item 2); 30% upon final handover and sign-off. All payments to be made via bank transfer to EduStrategy Consultants Sdn. Bhd., Maybank Account No. 5123-4567-8901.
The Curriculum Developer shall maintain full confidentiality of all proprietary academic materials, student data, and institutional information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
All intellectual property rights in the final curriculum documents, learning resources, and training materials shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after acceptance of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
This engagement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2005.
The Curriculum Developer reserves the right to assign qualified sub-consultants for specific technical tasks, provided the lead Curriculum Developer retains overall responsibility for quality and delivery.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
