- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Curriculum Developer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
- All services described herein shall be performed by a qualified and experienced Curriculum Developer with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in educational design, specifically familiar with the Myanmar national education framework and the unique linguistic and cultural context of the Myanmar Yangon region.
- The Curriculum Developer shall maintain full confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, student data, and institutional records encountered during the course of this engagement in Myanmar Yangon.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is specified in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation. Additional costs will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- All deliverables, including curriculum documents, teaching materials, and digital assets, shall become the exclusive property of the Myanmar Yangon Regional Education Board upon full payment.
- The Curriculum Developer is responsible for all travel, accommodation, and local transportation costs within Myanmar Yangon as part of the quoted amounts. No additional travel expenses shall be billed separately.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, matters shall be referred to the Myanmar Yangon District Court for adjudication.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted and countersigned by both parties. A separate Service Agreement will be executed upon acceptance.
- The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including those pertaining to education, employment, and intellectual property within the Yangon Region.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Myanmar Yangon, shall extend project timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
