The Curriculum Developer team assigned to this New Zealand Wellington project will consist of:
- Lead Curriculum Developer (1 FTE): 15+ years experience in NZC design, Te Marautanga integration, and tertiary curriculum architecture. Based in Wellington.
- Senior Curriculum Developer (1 FTE): Specialist in assessment design, digital pedagogy, and inclusive education frameworks.
- Te Reo Māori & Tikanga Advisor (0.5 FTE): Ensures cultural integrity and bicultural responsiveness throughout all Curriculum Developer outputs.

- Pacific Learning Solutions Ltd shall comply with all applicable New Zealand legislation, including the Education Act 1989, the Privacy Act 2020, and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value will require a written variation agreement signed by both parties.
- The Curriculum Developer team shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than NZD $10,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.

- Dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand, with jurisdiction in the District Court of Wellington.
