This Quotation Estimate proposes the following milestone-based payment structure for the Curriculum Developer engagement:

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, EduBridge Professional Services Ltd. reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Nigeria Abuja.

5.2 All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the signed service agreement. No cash payments will be accepted for this Curriculum Developer engagement.

5.3 The Curriculum Developer team shall be based in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, and shall maintain a minimum of four (4) days per week on-site presence at the Abuja State Education Board offices during active project phases.

5.4 All intellectual property, curriculum documents, digital resources, and training materials produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of the Abuja State Education Board upon full payment.

5.5 Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, payment shall be made pro-rata for services rendered up to the termination date.

5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.

5.7 The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable Nigerian data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019, in handling any student or teacher data encountered during the project.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the proposed Curriculum Developer services in Nigeria Abuja.
