The Curriculum Developer engagement described herein encompasses the full lifecycle of curriculum design, from initial needs assessment and stakeholder consultation through to final documentation, teacher training, and post-implementation review. All services will be delivered in accordance with the standards set by the Sindh Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (SBISE), the National Curriculum Framework of Pakistan, and the international benchmarks relevant to the academy's IB-inspired program.
The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for the following deliverables and activities, all to be executed within the operational context of Pakistan Karachi and its diverse educational landscape:
- Needs Assessment & Stakeholder Analysis: Conducting a thorough review of the academy's existing curriculum, student performance data, faculty capacity, and parental expectations specific to the Karachi metropolitan educational market.
- Curriculum Framework Design: Developing a comprehensive curriculum framework covering Grades 1 through 10, aligned with the Sindh Education Department's prescribed learning outcomes and the academy's institutional vision.
- Subject-Specific Syllabus Development: Authoring detailed syllabi, unit plans, and learning objectives for all core subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Urdu, and Islamic Studies.

All amounts are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The total estimated cost of PKR 2,950,000 (Two Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupees only) is inclusive of 18% Sales Tax levied by the Sindh Board of Revenue.
The entire Curriculum Developer engagement is projected to be completed within a period of 24 weeks (approximately 6 months) from the date of contract execution, followed by a 12-month post-implementation support phase. The project will be executed in phases with milestone-based deliverables, and all on-site activities will be conducted at the client's premises in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, or at EduCraft's office in Clifton, Karachi, as mutually agreed.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Pakistan.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of the curriculum framework and syllabus development phase, and 30% upon final handover and acceptance of all deliverables.
- All intellectual property rights in the developed curriculum documents shall vest with the client (Al-Noor International Academy) upon full and final payment. EduCraft retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with the client's written consent.
- The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to the Sindh Education Act and the National Curriculum Framework guidelines.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this quotation will be subject to a separate change-order agreement and additional charges.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
