- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, pricing for the Curriculum Developer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Philippines Manila.
- Payment terms: 40% upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of Curriculum Framework Design (Item 2), 20% upon delivery of all Instructional Materials (Item 3), and 10% upon final acceptance after the Post-Implementation Support period.
- All Curriculum Developer deliverables shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Manila Educational Solutions Inc. retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with client written consent.
- On-site services in Philippines Manila shall be conducted during regular business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Travel and accommodation costs for the Curriculum Developer team beyond Metro Manila are excluded from this Quotation Estimate.
- Any scope changes, additional modules, or extended timelines beyond the agreed Curriculum Developer schedule will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Curriculum Developer work.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Philippines Manila.
- All rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of standard professional fees. Applicable taxes as mandated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) of the Philippines are itemized separately.
