The Curriculum Developer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables:

All invoices shall be payable via wire transfer to the account of EduBridge International Consulting LLC, Sberbank, Moscow, Russia. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under Russian civil law.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or resource availability in Russia Moscow.
2. The Curriculum Developer assigned to this project shall be a certified educational specialist with a minimum of 10 years of experience in curriculum design, fluent in Russian, and familiar with the FSES regulatory framework.
3. All intellectual property created under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and EduBridge International Consulting LLC, with the client holding exclusive rights to use, reproduce, and distribute the curriculum materials within the Russian Federation.
4. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all work completed up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in duplicate.
6. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Moscow, Russia, in accordance with the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia.
